Download critical content before crews leave high-connectivity areas.
- Select projects and drawings and tap "Cache for offline".
- Queue safety bulletins, toolbox talks, and task lists for the day.
- Verify device storage and battery levels meet policy thresholds.
During shift
Work uninterrupted even when LTE or Wi-Fi drops out.
- Capture notes, time entries, and media; the app stores them locally with timestamps.
- Use the offline issue log to track blockers and assign owners.
- Monitor the sync indicator—orange means queued, red indicates manual attention required.
Post-shift resync
Upload field data and reconcile conflicts before day-end reviews.
- Return to a high-connectivity zone and leave the app open until the sync indicator turns green.
- Resolve conflicts by comparing local entries with server data side-by-side.
- Notify project managers of any entries flagged for manual review.
