AI credits are used each time you use an AI-powered feature—quote suggestions, risk assessments, PDF extraction, and more. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Once you've used your included credits, overage charges of $0.08 per interaction apply, capped at $25/month to protect your budget. For predictable monthly costs you can add an AI Boost ($19/mo, 750 calls) or AI Pro ($49/mo, 2,000 calls) add-on.

Two metered AI add-ons are available on any paid plan: AI Boost ($19/mo for 750 AI calls/month) for Solo and Business users who want a buffer above their per-feature limits, and AI Pro ($49/mo for 2,000 AI calls/month) for Pro tier users running AI-assisted quoting throughout the day. Add-on calls draw from a shared monthly pool — when it's exhausted you fall back to your base plan's per-feature credit limits, so you never lose features.

When processing invoice payments through ContractShield, a 2% platform fee applies—split evenly as 1% for the client and 1% for the contractor. This covers secure payment handling, transaction processing, and platform maintenance.
